El's photography has a documentary style to it. Most of her clients are families with young kids and her work tells the story of these families through images: creating visual memories of a hectic part of their life that is so easily lost among the never ending laundry pile and making school lunches. “I believe these are the memories we will want to look back on with fondness and love, and ones that are over far too soon, lost among more mundane routines.” “My images are fun, relaxed, full of laughter, love, light and personality.” At El’s studio you can come and see finished work, have a cup of tea and a chat. The kids can play and you can have a look at all the products she has and how she can create something beautiful for your home that matches you perfectly. El has been selected as a Finalist in the 2013 Head On Portrait Prize, one of the largest Photographic Competitions in Australia. Winners will be announced in Sydney in May.
