COVID-19 UPDATE: We are  working to ensure we can still deliver our programs during the Covid-19 health alert. This includes live streaming events, providing online resources and exhibitions as well as using other internet technologies so that our communities continue to be creative. WHAT: Arts Dinners Online delivers a professional development, networking and fun event people can participate in at home.

WHEN: Arts Dinners Online will be held monthly the last Tuesday of the month, commencing in April, and will run for approximately two (2) hours.

HOW: Arts Dinners Online will be provided live and upon registering below, an invitation with a program and recipe attached will be circulated. Participant options are via Zoom or through Youtube live. For those who cannot attend (virtually) on the day, the sessions will be recorded and a transcription provided that can be accessed from Youtube, at a later date.

Arts Dinners Online is a Scenic Rim Regional Council partnership with the South West Queensland Regional Services Network. We are also delighted to partner with Arts Front who will manage the Zoom and Youtube sessions, and who will organise transcriptions of all the discussions and Auslan interpreters for the event.

Artist and Educator, Therese Flynn-Clarke, is one of the artists behind the Above and Below Exhibition. The exhibition reflects on our environment from an aerial viewpoint.Therese and the Scenic Rim Cultural Centres are delighted to invite you to take part in the following online (virtual) workshops. These FREE ONLINE workshops are presented in association with Above & Below exhibition and are suitable for adults, older teens and children.

 WHAT: A series of seven workshops linked to Therese Flynn-Clarke's exhibition that you can do at home.   They can be done in order from 1-7 or at random.

 WHEN & WHERE: These workshop activities are now available for download (refer below) and will  coincide with the Easter school holidays, the launch of the Above and Below online exhibition and will be available for download until the 15 July 2020.

SHARE YOUR WORK: Once you have completed the worksheet and been inspired to create, share your work with us. See what other artists have created and find out more on how to submit your creation.
