Small Works Big Stories features two exhibitions:

CULTURAL CUSTODIANS
by Jandamarra Cadd which
shows the value of the psycho spiritual connection that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have with their culture.

This connection is one that is strongly complimented and supported through a connection to our Ancestor spirits that are embedded in this land.  And an ongoing relationship with our Elders who are the wisdom keepers of the cultural Lore and knowledge. Each painting will be a visual narrative that shares about how these very relationships effect every part of First Nation culture.

SMALL WONDERS
is a group exhibition of
2D and 3D miniature artworks by artists from Scenic Rim and beyond.

Focussing on the big picture can often be overwhelming. Looking at and thinking about the micro is manageable and intimate and allows us control when so much seems out of our control. Small is also a way to acknowledge and celebrate what can often be overlooked.
